1. Refund Policy

We don't accept returns or issue refunds unless a refund or exchange would be the best solution under our limited warranty (section 2 of this document).

1.1 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


1.2 Returns

If your order qualified for local delivery and you would like to return your product, there may be a $25-100 restocking fee applied, depending on the size of the item and quantity. For all other orders, you are liable for 100% of the shipping costs for any returns, plus 20-30% restocking fees.


1.3 Returns Directions

To return an item you can either return it to our store location or ship it back to our store location at 4699 Keele St unit 1-4, North York. 

1.4 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1.5 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


1.6 Price Changes & Discounts After Payments Have Been Processed

If the price of an item you have purchased has changed to a lower price, we can not reimburse/refund any funds unless that is the best solution under our limited warranty.


2. Warranty & Refunds

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Kids Cars CA.


2.1 What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period, including any manufacturer defects in the battery.

During the Warranty Period, Kids Cars CA will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.


2.2 What will we do to correct problems?

Kids Cars CA will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.


2.3 How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Kids Cars CA is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 Days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Our 2 Years warranty has the same coverage as our 1-year warranty but extended for another 365 days from the date of purchase, meaning our 2 Years Warranty has a coverage period of 730 days total.


2.4 What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
● Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

● Warranty does not cover water damages nor damages caused due to impact, such as accidental damages, damages caused due to impact


2.5 What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.




3. Exchanges & Refunds

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
